Was great for a while, but stopped giving real time arrival info, only scheduled arrival times.

This app was great and I used it daily for a few years, however a few weeks ago it stopped providing real time arrival info for the subway, only giving users scheduled arrival time information instead, which is about as useful as having a schedule printed on paper. I deleted and reinstalled it to no avail.
